How to Apply: 

Shake before use. Squeeze product onto desired areas of the scalp. Massage areas with fingertips where product is applied to create blood flow circulation. Allow product to sit for 45 minutes to an or (or longer).

Apply no more than 3 times a week for best results. You can always do more but a little will go along way.
